This is some of the concept art work I did for Glitch Out. Throughout the development process, we wanted to have a Ratchet and Clank art style. We also wanted to incorporate Syd Mead's interpretation of retro sci-fi. ---- > Full Concept Art Book PDF: Glitch Out Concept Art

F.S.S Hemera |
This is the opening page for the concept art book. We wanted to establish the location and overall tone of the game. Warm and bright with ambience.

Freeze Bomb |
One of the EOD weapons were the freeze bomb. Something simple yet complex in design. Some feedback was given on how to make the freeze bomb interesting and we looked at making the freeze bomb button a snow main with a blizzard for vfx.

A.N.T. Bot |
The ANT bot is the main antagonist of the game. During preproduction we wanted them to crawl along surfaces and travel via ventilation shafts. As production continued, we ran into collision issues and decided to make them fly. (Flying ANT model and animations: ArtStation - Glitch Out VR: ANT Bots, Tyler Bivins )

Narrow Escape |
For the last page, we wanted the spaceship explodes but we wanted players to make it out. So to represent this we did a concept of what the escape pod looks like as it narrowly escapes the exploding space station.
